Welcome to the Policies section of Paws On Shine Mobile Grooming. This page provides a detailed overview of our guidelines and procedures, designed to ensure a seamless and professional experience for both our valued clients and their cherished pets. Please note that we currently cater exclusively to dogs weighing under 60 pounds, and we are unable to accommodate pets exhibiting aggressive behavior. Additionally, we kindly request that adequate space is available in front of your residence to accommodate our 16-foot grooming salon and full-size truck at the time of your scheduled service.

Appointment Scheduling

To book our services, please contact us in advance to secure your preferred date and time. We recommend scheduling appointments at least a week in advance to guarantee availability. We strive to accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee availability without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Hey, we totally get it—things come up, and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. If we don’t hear from you in time, though, there might be a cancellation fee. Thanks for understanding!

Payment Terms

We accept payments for our grooming services via cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Payment is required at the time the service is rendered. While all payment methods are welcome, cash payments are greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions or require clarification regarding our pricing or payment options, please do not hesitate to contact us.
